About Viewing Grades and Feedback

You can access your grades and feedback from multiple places within the Student App. Grades and feedback will show up on your Submission Details page when viewing an assignment. You can also view your grades in a course if the "Grades" link is available in the course navigation menu. This is where you can see your current scores for all graded assignments, discussions, and quizzes. You can also check your submission status and view your instructor feedback.

From the Grades Index page, you can see your current scores, submission(s) status, and total points possible for all graded assignments, discussions, and quizzes. The Grades Index page can show different information based on settings. For more information about viewing grades and feedback, check out the Canvas Guides. 

 

Viewing Grades and Assignment Feedback

From the Grades Index Page, you can view your instructor feedback and assignment details for all graded work.

      1. Click on "Grades" link on the course menu.
      2. To view more details for an assignment, click on an assignment.
      3. Select "Submission & Rubric" to view your feedback. 
      4. Choose "Comments," "Files," or "Rubrics" to view feedback.
